Jon Riley appointed Village of Dakota president after Alisha Lizer resigns

Trustee Jeremy Knox moved to accept Eric Lizer's resignation; Trustee Ken Vrazsity moved to accept Alisha Lizer's resignation; both motions carried.
The board then moved to appoint Trustee Jon Riley as village president. Trustee Jeremy Knox moved for Jon Riley's appointment and Trustee Ken Vrazsity seconded; the motion carried. Treasurer Melody Sweet administered the oath of office to Jon Riley and board members signed. The board agreed to have outgoing President Alisha Lizer serve as office administrator during a transition period.
