Under unfinished business City Attorney Sue Dege told council the lender for White Oak Estates is renewing the developer's line of credit and will follow up in the next few weeks. Engineer Randy Sabart reported contact with the developer's contractor, who said he has not been paid and does not plan to resume work until payment is received.
Council discussed how roads will be maintained while lots remain unoccupied and agreed the city will continue to plow roads but will charge the developer for those services. No new construction schedule or payment resolution was recorded; staff will follow up with the lender and contractor.
