Commissioners approve bills, payroll and a slate of fund transfers and reimbursements

Forest County Commissioners approved paying the county's bills and payroll and authorized multiple transfers and reimbursements across county accounts. The minutes list totals: General Fund payroll $57,032.17 and bills $145,361.61; Transportation payroll $15,575.53 and bills $165,301.57; Children & Youth payroll $12,420.88 and bills $20,050.13. Commissioner Patrick Kline moved to approve payment of bills; Commissioner Robert Snyder seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The board also approved numerous fund transfers and reimbursements recorded in the minutes: a $122.47 TEFAP payment to Second Harvest Food Bank from the Emergency Food and Shelter Account; Title III allocations including $3,833.46 to Forest County Extension and a $136.40 Penelec charge; Visitor Center account reimbursements for wages and janitorial services; a $360.00 Liquid Fuels payment to Kingsley Township for winter maintenance of the Kelletville Bridge; an Operating Reserve payment of $292.50 for LSA grant-application work; and library board transfers of $5,107.62 to Sarah Bovard Memorial Library and $4,350.94 to Marienville Area Library. All motions were recorded as carried unanimously.
