Mitch Hardiek, village engineer with Milano & Grunloh, updated the Board on utility planning, saying the firm is conducting a water and sewer rate study to inform future rates and capital planning. He also reported that the site plan for Ruholl Trailer Sales has been approved and that Allied Capital will be contacted to carry out a title search for a proposed new subdivision area.
The update did not include a schedule or estimated cost for the rate study. Board members did not take formal action on the study during the meeting; engineers will proceed with the analysis and report back to the Board when additional data is available.
