West Long Branch caucus opens; executive session on litigation, vehicle safety and police personnel scheduled

Mayor Janet W. Tucci opened the Mayor and Council caucus meeting at 6:30 PM and confirmed that notice requirements had been met. "Mayor Tucci reported that in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 adequate notice of this meeting of the Mayor and Council has been provided," she said as the meeting convened.
The mayor listed executive-session topics for discussion after the public portion: litigation matters, vehicle safety and police personnel. The caucus recorded the presence of council members Bray, Cioffi, Gomez, Penta, Ruane and Sniffen and adjourned the public caucus at 6:37 PM after noting there were no public speakers.
