Wainwright noted a persistent usability problem with the evaluation portal: "the portal (Frontline - My Learning Plan) is not very user-friendly for staff." He said staff face several steps to navigate when submitting documentation or evidence for any of the six standards. The administrative team will keep monitoring the system and pursue ways to improve the user experience so staff can more easily provide required materials. No final changes were approved at the committee meeting; staff will continue to work on process improvements and report back to the board.
