"The committee recommends full board support to capture future ticket sales as Fund 10 revenues," the minutes state. Miller noted both performance groups already collect student fees, conduct fundraisers, and sell advertisements; bringing ticket revenue into Fund 10 would align accounting with other district revenue practices and centralize oversight. The committee recorded the recommendation (3-0) with one member having left prior to the vote. The committee asked staff to present implementation details and clear documentation of current club and program fundraising practices to the full board.
