Trustees seconded the motion and approved it by voice vote. The board said the restroom addition will provide a handicap‑accessible facility and is timed to be completed ahead of spring and summer events.
The board also discussed minor site work and bidding results for related park projects during the meeting and directed staff to finalize vendor paperwork and coordinate funding sources.
