Board members were briefed on sequencing for the wastewater treatment facility project: the liner would be installed first, followed by work on the lift station and irrigation, but the board was advised that needed equipment is not available until March. The minutes note that staff will discuss alternatives with Kelsey Excavation and the engineer.
The board also discussed a funding/eligibility question: whether control-panel components meet a 55% or greater threshold to qualify for unspecified program requirements. Public Works and staff will continue coordination; Mark was listed as the person who would get additional information to manage the changeover.
