Board approves Ed Koelling’s 40x60x14 building; proposal to shrink zoning board raised

The committee recorded no objections during the meeting and recommended the board approve the request. The board granted approval by roll-call vote at the Jan.14 meeting.
During the same discussion, Steve asked that the zoning map and zoning ordinance be updated to reflect recent changes and proposed reducing the zoning board size from seven members to five, citing difficulty recruiting volunteers. The board did not record a formal vote on the board-size change at this meeting.
