Adam Lambert, utilities staff, described capabilities the vehicle will provide, saying the truck allows "hydro excavation, so we go out there and dig around utilities or something like that, not damage them," and that it would also let crews clean lift stations and jet lines, reducing reliance on expensive outside contractors.
