Colton council approves water and sewer rate resolution, multiple routine motions

Resolution #6-2026 naming an Economic Development Board representative passed with Council Member Vande Voort abstaining. A Minnehaha County abatement was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:58 p.m.
