Public hearing and recommendation: At 6:38 p.m. Fedell moved and Williams seconded to open the public hearing on proposed amendments to multiple zoning chapters; at 6:52 p.m. Fedell moved and Francis seconded to close the public hearing (both recorded AIF/MC). Fedell moved, Williams seconded to recommend to City Council that it proceed with the proposed amendments to Zoning Ordinance Chapters 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16 and 17; that motion carried (AIF/MC).
Adjournment: Fedell moved and Wight seconded to adjourn; the meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m. (AIF/MC).
