Council extends PUD for Pine Lake apartments; developer cites ownership delay, plans to break ground spring 2025

Jeff Edwards, representing 120 West Pine Lake Dr. LLC, told council he is moving forward with proposed apartments at 120/160 Pine Lake Dr. but that “there was a delay in ownership and he was working with a new team and they hope to break ground in the spring of 2025.” The council later approved the PUD agreement itself by motion.
