Colton council removes 6th Street from SD DOT Community Access Agreement amendment

The decision narrows the amendment’s geographic scope to the parts of the project that the council determined were covered by the existing SD DOT documentation. The council did not record additional staff direction or follow-up tasks in the minutes. The minutes list Finance Officer Dawn Pilker as present and note Public Works Superintendent Pedersen as absent with cause.
