Planning Commission Chair Amanda Hawkins presented the recommendation and councilmember Gene Skaj moved to send the draft forward; Councilmember Tom Vouk seconded. Council approved the motion unanimously, setting the next step of attorney review and a public hearing before any ordinance change takes effect.
