FTSA approves developer agreements, sewer easement, credit‑card users and union contract resolutions

Resolution number 5, authorizing execution of a capacity allocation and developer’s agreement for Block 119 (Lot 1‑20 and Lot 47‑258 on the township tax map), was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. The board then approved Resolution number 6, authorizing a similar capacity allocation and developer’s agreement for Block 386.07 (lots in the 54.x series).
Resolution number 7 authorized a sewer‑based easement encroachment agreement with a car‑wash operator described in the agenda; that motion carried. Resolution number 8 approved opening corporate credit‑card accounts for certain personnel, updating existing cards to include the new operations manager Christian Otto and foreman Alex Grosso and setting a per‑card TD Bank limit of $2,500. One board member noted the executive director chose not to hold a card in keeping with an internal policy separating executive access from transactional financing.
Resolution number 12 approved a collective bargaining agreement with the United Service Workers Union (USWU); budget‑related resolutions (numbers 9, 10 and 11) were carried to the September meeting because the authority could not vote on the budget tonight.
Each separately moved resolution was put to voice vote and carried as read; the transcript records aye votes and no roll‑call tallies beyond the vocal affirmations.
