Town Manager Chauncey McCarthy told the board that the Dolores River crossing for the town's water system is losing water and that the system is experiencing roughly a 40% loss of water use to leaks.
McCarthy also reported that a federal freeze on projects has been lifted and that staff are meeting with the EPA to advance sewer construction documents. Trustees discussed park projects including a skate park and pavilion during the staff reports portion of the meeting.
