He said he issued an addendum setting the bid opening for April 16 and noted the schedule shift would not affect the award timeline. Separately, Gary said the contracts from JM Pipeline were returned signed by the mayor and city staff and will be forwarded to the Texas Water Development Board for their review and approval.
Council members accepted the schedule change. The update preserves the award timeline while accommodating bidders’ delivery schedules.
