Johnny Knight, vice president, moved to approve “the purchase of the baseball and softball field improvement projects as detailed in the proposals, submitted by Hellas Construction, in the amount of $987,360, using 1GPA contract #23-01DP-03 Athletic Surfaces and contract #24-06DP-04 JOC General Construction.” Sean Kelly, secretary, seconded the motion. The motion passed on a 6–0 vote with the following members recorded as present: Melanie Petersen (president), Johnny Knight (vice president), Sean Kelly (secretary), John Anderson, Donna Knight and Donny Lutrick. Board member Brian Sebring was absent.
