The purchase will use 1GPA contract #23-01DP-03 (Athletic Surfaces) and JOC contract #24-06DP-04; Johnny Knight moved for approval and Sean Kelly seconded. The motion passed 7–0.
District Executive Director Brent Stanford presented the project and procurement details. The minutes record the contract amount and contract vehicles; the motion authorizes the district to proceed under the listed cooperative purchasing agreements, contingent on standard contracting practices and project budgeting.
