The Student Advisory Committee reported to the Rockport School Committee that it is developing an initiative to use televisions in RMHS common spaces to showcase recent photos and videos of student activities.
"The goal is to use them to showcase recent photos and videos of students participating in sports, clubs, drama productions, and other activities," the staff presenter said, noting that SAC member Tim Patrick is leading the project and has met with Principal Rose. The yearbook committee has been asked to collaborate to help manage and add content.
SAC also plans to hold elections in May to add new members; a SAC representative will attend the May 6 meeting to provide an update. Committee members thanked the students for the initiative and encouraged staff to coordinate technical and privacy logistics before launch.
