Staff flags bond issuances for first reading; public hearing set at second reading

City staff warned councilors to expect several bond items on first reading this evening that will authorize bond issuance for spending the council previously approved. "You will see a couple of bond items on 1st reading this evening… There will be a required public hearing on those bond items at 2nd reading as well," staff said. No public comment on bond items will be taken at first reading under the process described by staff. Finance will schedule a fuller review next week.
