Council members asked for a list of comparable municipal clients and more specific performance metrics before committing funds; staff said they would provide at least three client references and that the EDCs had provisionally agreed to the cost split.
Council moved to approve item 18 (the contract framework) after discussion and with a request that staff obtain references and clarify deliverables in the final contract language.
