Superintendent reorganizes duties; board approves internal promotions and MOA

Superintendent Brian Doelger presented an Administrative & Organizational Reconfiguration after the resignation of the district's Director of Athletics/PE/Health/Wellness/Personnel. Doelger said he will assume Personnel/Human Resources, Transportation Services and Food Services/Cafeteria Operations; existing staff will absorb other duties through stipends and release time. The proposed model is projected to generate in excess of $100,000 in annual savings for the district.
The board approved a Memorandum of Agreement (effective July 1, 2026'June 30, 2027) and the recommended appointments: Sean Brennan as Part‑Time Assistant Principal ($20,000), Michele Yirce as Elementary Curriculum Coordinator ($10,000), and Kristin Sweeney as Athletic Director ($15,000), all effective July 1, 2026. Appointees expressed gratitude to the board for the opportunity.
