The board approved a consent agenda of appointments for the 2026–2027 school year, naming Jacqueline Dunning District Clerk and Maryann Impastato District Treasurer and agreeing to retain Cullen & Danowski (accounting, $49,500) and Ingerman Smith LLP for legal counsel (retainer $42,000; litigation hourly $305). The District designated JPMorgan Chase, Capital One and the CLASS Cooperative Investment Program as official depositories.
The Board also identified compliance and administrative officers: Kristin Sweeney as Title IX Compliance Officer, Jennifer Rylott as ADA Compliance Officer and Liaison for Homeless Children and Youth, and Walter Brigham as Data Privacy Officer. A claims auditor, Patricia Goff, was approved at an hourly rate of $75; her Oath of Office will be administered at a later date.
