Spring Branch ISD board certifies bond election returns; three propositions pass, one fails

Official tallies published to the board were: Proposition A — For 5,145 Against 4,020 Undervotes 68 (Passes); Proposition B — For 4,622 Against 4,532 Undervotes 79 (Passes); Proposition C — For 4,746 Against 4,397 Undervotes 90 (Passes); Proposition D — For 4,131 Against 5,006 Undervotes 96 (Does not pass). The minutes record that the Canvass Committee recommended acceptance of the returns.
