Board approves 2025–2026 student handbooks, staff travel and MHSAA membership

The Mason Consolidated Schools Board of Education on Aug. 6 approved several consent-agenda items, including the 2025–2026 student handbooks for Comprehensive Energy Solutions (CES), Mason Middle School (MMS), and Mason Senior High School/MAVA. The board also adopted the 2025–2026 Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) membership resolution.
The consent agenda also authorized the attendance of Kelli Tuller at the Annual MASA Conference in Traverse City, Mich., scheduled for Sept. 16–19, 2025. The consent package was approved by motion of Grodi, supported by England, and the minutes record the vote as 5-0.
