- Hemlock Road drainage: Trustees authorized a title search and survey to determine easements and property rights before proceeding with drainage work on Hemlock Road.
- Executive session: The board closed the public meeting and continued in executive session to discuss personnel matters. "Motion passes," the mayor confirmed after a voice vote on minutes and subsequent motions.
