Owner representative seeks storefront refresh for natural food market on 6th Pontield Road

"All we want to do is to replace the existing storefront of the natural food market," Vittle said.
Vittle said the current storefront is "probably 60 years old," constructed of single plate glass with no insulation. The proposed work keeps the door locations and footprint unchanged, uses bronze‑anodized aluminum and tempered insulated glass "per code," and is intended to improve thermal performance and appearance during harsh winter conditions. He said the design review board reviewed the proposal and "unanimously liked the design." The committee opened a public comment period, heard no speakers, and voted to approve the application for the property on 6th Pontield Road; the chair called the motion and recorded the affirmative vote.
