Branko said staffing challenges are a common problem across neighboring districts: "Three school districts out of five couldn't fill school psychologist positions," he reported, and he described conversations about pipeline gaps and potential shared staffing or partnership models. The superintendent asked the committee to consider the district's internship program and potential Chamber collaboration to expand student placement opportunities.
