The resolution instructs the Town Clerk to open and record bids at the time and place specified in the bid advertisement and to present the bid record to the Town Board at its next meeting. "the Town of Marlborough hire Antea Group to design and oversee the completion of the Project and to assist the Town in the solicitation of completive bids pursuant to General Municipal Law section 103;" the resolution reads. The vote was recorded unanimous in favor.
