Madisonville — The Madisonville CISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved a motion to accept completion of the baseball and softball field resurfacing project after staff reported the work was finished on Aug. 28 and signed off on Aug. 30, 2025. Dr. Jason Cleere moved to approve the project and Bo Williams seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
Dr. West told the board the resurfacing is not expected to be needed again for about 10 years. No cost figures or contractor names were provided in the minutes; the board took no further action beyond the approval vote.
