The approved water rates are $13.60 per 1,000 gallons for 0–75,000 gallons; $14.60 per 1,000 for 75,001–150,000 gallons; and $15.60 per 1,000 for usage above 150,000 gallons, with a quarterly minimum bill of $20.00.
Sewer rates were set at $8.43 per 1,000 gallons for the Marlboro Sewer District and $12.96 per 1,000 gallons for the Milton Sewer District, each with a quarterly minimum of $20.00. The board also set transfer station hours for 2025 (Friday 8:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; Sunday 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.) and adopted the 2025 fee schedule as presented in the packet. All actions were approved by unanimous vote.
