The Town of Marlborough Town Board met Sept. 23 and unanimously approved an amended agenda and the minutes of the Sept. 9 meeting. Supervisor Corcoran called the roll and the board voted 5–0 on the procedural motions.
Councilman Zambito moved to authorize payment of the abstract in the amount of $271,339.64; the motion was seconded by Councilman Molinelli and carried 5–0. The agenda was amended earlier in the meeting to include an updated Resolution #77 from the town attorney regarding a road dedication.
