During the Jan. 13 meeting Maintenance Superintendent Jody Nelsen reviewed December work and told the council the community center requires a new water heater. Nelsen also reported that preparations for snow removal are complete and provided an update on current lawnmower prices to the council.
Following that report the council approved a motion by Jared Voog, seconded by Neal Hanson, to surplus old fittings from the maintenance department so the items can be disposed of or sold under city policy. The motion was recorded as carried with all council members voting in favor.
