The Hasbrouck Heights Land Use Board on Oct. 1 approved the Sept. 3, 2025 minutes and conducted routine business before adjourning at 8:30 P.M.
Minutes: A motion by Albert Cupo, seconded by Dan Wixon, to accept the Sept. 3 minutes was recorded as approved with Member Marlene Verrastro listed as having abstained. The board also accepted Resolution PB-25-07 for property owner Kevin Lelton.
New business was limited to one substantive application (PB25-09 for 154 Bell Ave.), which the board carried to Nov. 5 at the applicant’s request to allow submission and review of revised plans. Chair Henry Dobbelaar adjourned the meeting following that action.
The board’s next meeting and any public hearings on carried matters will occur Nov. 5, 2025, as noted in the record.
