Hasbrouck Heights Land Use Board: minutes approved; one item postponed; one application approved

At its Aug. 6 meeting the Land Use Board approved the July 9 minutes, postponed PB25-08 (Piker, LLC) to Sept. 3, and approved PB25-05 (HERC Rentals) subject to Mayor & Council action on an access agreement. The meeting adjourned by unanimous vote.
The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights Land Use Board convened Aug. 6 and completed the following actions: the board approved the July 9, 2025 minutes (mover Kenneth Hampel; second Marlene Verrastro); the board recorded a postponement of PB25-08 (Piker, LLC) to Sept. 3, 2025; and the board approved PB25-05 (HERC Rentals at 50-58 Route 17 North) subject to Mayor & Council approving an access agreement.
The HERC Rentals approval was moved by Member Albert Cupo and seconded by Member Vincent Risalvato; the roll call was conducted by Board Secretary Pam Grisafe and the application was approved. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous vote with no further business.
