The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights Land Use Board met on July 9, 2025, at Council Chambers, 320 Boulevard. Chairman Henry Dobbelaar read the Open Public Meetings Act notice and the board led the flag salute before approving the minutes of the June 4, 2025 meeting.
The board moved through a brief agenda that included new business and two resolutions. The board accepted a request to carry the PB25-05 Here Rentals minor site-plan hearing for 50–58 Route 17 North to the September 3, 2025 meeting date. The board then adopted Resolution PB25-04 (Miller, 224 Berkshire Road) and approved a one-year extension for PB24-05 (Prologis, 611 Route 46) extending final site-plan and variance relief through July 2026. Both resolutions were moved and seconded on the record and approved by affirmative vote; Member Eric Mason abstained on both votes.
Procedural motions were recorded on the transcript: for PB25-04, "Motion offered by K. Hampel to accept Resolution as written, second by M. Verrastro," followed by approval with Member E. Mason abstaining. For PB24-05, the transcript records a similar motion by A. Cupo with a second by M. Verrastro and the same abstention by E. Mason.
