Davis delays water/sewer bids, sets Halloween hours and continues auditor search

Finance and audit items: Chelsey Scheid was recorded as beginning work on the half-year budget next month, and staff member Steve said he has two potential auditors he is contacting as part of a continuing search for a new auditor.
The meeting also noted an increase in county patrol cars driving through town; Rich said Rick Wishard suggested sending a thank-you note to the sheriff for the additional patrols. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
