Commissioners approve National Night Out at Bee County Courthouse lawn Oct. 10

Commissioners discussed logistics including limited electrical access for a DJ and coordination with the county maintenance supervisor, Johnny Seguin, and law-enforcement presence. The court voted to approve the request by voice vote.
Commissioners asked organizers to confirm electrical needs with county maintenance and to coordinate with the sheriff’s department for on-site safety. No fee or special conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
