The agenda included a motion to enter closed session under the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(16)), which passed by roll call (Yea: 7, Nay: 0). The meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.; the minutes were recorded by Maria Gannon, recording secretary. A separate line in the record lists "Allen Auge, Education Secretary, Board of Education."
