Board enters closed session for contract negotiations
Summary
At the end of its Dec. 16 meeting, the Sanilac County Board voted to enter a closed session for contract negotiations and asked the public to leave the room; a roll call vote was recorded before the session began.
Chair moved the board into a closed session for the purpose of contract negotiations at the close of business. The motion was seconded and adopted; members were instructed that the public could remain outside during the closed session and that the board may or may not take action when it reconvened.
A roll call was held before the board left the public meeting to enter closed session. Commissioners were recorded as voting to close the session and city staff and other public attendees were asked to leave the room.
