The special meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. at Prairieview Elementary School by Board President Brian Liedtke.

A roll-call vote recorded Yea from Steve Dlugo, Megan DuPass, Brian Liedtke, Adam Sage, Darren Spiegel, Tiffany Watson and Doug Wiley (Yea: 7, Nay: 0). The meeting record shows the motion Passed.
The special meeting later adjourned at 6:20 p.m.; minutes were entered ‘‘Respectfully submitted’’ by Maria Gannon, recording secretary. The board did not record any additional public actions before entering closed session in the available transcript.
