Staff (Anthony) said he will reach out to performers to confirm availability for the proposed dates and then reconvene with the ad hoc subcommittee to finalize logistics. Commissioners also discussed on-site outreach tables to allow commissioners to meet attendees and introduce the commission's role in the library.
