Conservation commission to survey Marsh Lane after abutter clears easement

Vice Chair Shawn Hanson said the commission and the Selectmen have sent prior letters to the homeowner and that the next step is to hire a surveyor and coordinate fence installation.
Hanson said the group will contact the Seacoast Land Trust (SELT) and obtain an estimate from Platinum Fences for roughly 660 feet of fencing; Karen Ayers said she would reach out to 'Tocky' to ask about re-surveying. Hanson noted that permitting can be coordinated so that "they can do the permit for the bridge and the fence at the same time," reducing the window in which boundaries might be altered again. The commission listed formal next steps as: send a letter to the homeowner, obtain the fence estimate, and schedule a re-survey.
