Board adopts 10‑year long‑term facilities maintenance plan covering 2025–2035

The St. Anthony‑New Brighton School Board approved a ten‑year Long‑Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) plan for FY2025–2035 as presented at the June 3 meeting.
The resolution endorsed a schedule of capital projects and projected revenue for the LTFM fund, including recurring items for fire safety, roofing, boilers, site projects and districtwide health and safety work. The plan shows projected annual LTFM revenue of roughly $776,112 and a rolling set of prioritized projects; board materials include project line items such as auditorium dressing room upgrades, boilers and pool filter work.
Board members also approved a related motion authorizing inclusion of ISD 282’s proportionate share of Northeast Metro 916 intermediate district projects in the district’s application for LTFM revenue. That proportionate share was recorded in the intermediate district allocation table as $11,022.89 for ISD 282’s pay‑as‑you‑go component.
The motion to adopt the district plan was made and seconded on the consent slate and carried unanimously. Board materials and the resolution cite Minnesota Statute 123B.595 as the authorizing statute requiring adoption of a 10‑year LTFM plan for commissioner approval prior to July 31.
