At 10:39 a.m. Board member Karen Mudgett moved that the Board enter non-public session "to discuss matters that could adversely affect the reputation of the applicant according to RSA 91-a:3IIc"; Jim Rice seconded and a roll-call vote was taken. The board returned at 10:51 a.m. by motion of J. Rice and K. Mudgett. The meeting record shows abatement slips, timber and excavation warrants were signed, one application (76 Endicott St. N, 162-252-12.009) was withdrawn just before the meeting, and another (76 Endicott St. N, 162-252-12.006) was granted with contingencies. The board scheduled the next regular meeting for May 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and adjourned at 10:48 a.m.
The clerk recorded the meeting minutes as submitted and confirmed administrative paperwork was completed before adjournment.
