Travis Ewald told the committee the fence is intended to prevent errant golf shots from reaching nearby houses and vehicles; he cited one broken house window and a damaged car mirror this year as the impetus for the project. County staff will proceed to program the capital funding and advance design and procurement steps as appropriate.
