Council approves ten‑lot preliminary plat for Lane Meadows

The acceptance commits the council to plat notes tying the subdivision approval to the development agreement’s terms; it does not by itself authorize final lot recording or construction, both of which depend on completion of the development agreement and any required ordinance actions.
